Our Story
Community Connections Adult Day Center was founded on a simple but powerful belief: every adult, regardless of ability, deserves the opportunity to grow, connect, and thrive. We saw a need in the Fort Worth community for a day program that truly put the individual first — one that went beyond basic supervision to offer meaningful programming, genuine relationships, and real pathways to independence.
Today, our center serves adults with a wide range of intellectual and developmental disabilities, offering structured daily programming, community outings, life skills training, and therapeutic activities — all tailored to each participant's unique goals and strengths. We are proud to be a trusted partner to the families and caregivers who rely on us every day.
